How quickly we answer

Email usually gets a reply within two business days. Your Hearth is a small company, so that is a genuine working expectation rather than a service level agreement, and we would rather state it plainly than publish a promise we cannot keep.

Requests about personal information carry their own statutory deadlines, which we meet regardless. Those are set out in the Privacy Policy.

What to put in a bug report

None of this is required. Any message gets read. But the more of it you include, the more likely the first reply is a fix rather than a question.

  • Which application, and which version if you can see it
  • Your device and operating system version
  • What you were doing when it went wrong
  • What you expected to happen, and what happened instead
  • Whether it happens every time or only sometimes
  • A screenshot or screen recording, if the problem is visible

Please do not send passwords, payment details, or government identification numbers. We will never ask for them, and we do not need them to help you. If a problem seems to require that kind of information, tell us and we will find another way to diagnose it.

Purchases, subscriptions and refunds

When our applications are available on the App Store, Apple processes the payment and handles refunds under Apple's own policies. We never see your payment card details. Subscriptions are managed in your Apple account settings, and we cannot cancel one on your behalf, though we are happy to walk you through where the setting lives.

Accessibility

If something in an application or on this website is difficult or impossible to use with VoiceOver, Dynamic Type, keyboard navigation, reduced motion, or any other assistive technology, that is a bug and we would like to hear about it. Tell us what you were using and where it broke down.

A note on availability

Both of our applications are still in development and are not yet released, so there is not much to support yet. The address above is live regardless, and questions about either product are welcome now.

Still stuck?

Write to us. A short message describing what went wrong is completely fine.
