One address, answered by a person.

If it is about a build

A paragraph is plenty. The three things that help most are: who is stuck, what they do instead right now, and what would have to be true for the problem to be gone. If you already know the shape of the thing you want built, send that instead.

We will tell you honestly whether it is a build we should take on. Sometimes the answer is that an existing product already does it and you should buy that instead, and we would rather say so than take the work.

Nothing here is an offer or a quote. Any engagement runs on a separate signed agreement, as set out in our Terms of Use.

If it is about one of our products

Questions about Deja Dish or the volunteer scheduling application are welcome, including from people who just want to be told when they are ready. Both are still in development. If you run a volunteer-led space and would be willing to tell us how you currently handle scheduling, we would genuinely like to hear it.

If it is support, privacy or security

All of it goes to the same address, but putting the topic in the subject line gets it to the right place faster. There is more detail on the support page, and data requests are covered in the Privacy Policy.

Postal correspondence

We do not publish a mailing address, because a one-person-plus company's registered address is a home address. If you need to send something on paper, or need our address for a legal or verification purpose, email us and we will provide it.

What happens after you write

You get a reply from a person, usually within two business days. We keep the correspondence so we can answer it and for our business records, and we do not use your address for anything else. There is no mailing list to be added to, because we do not have one.
